- Business file folder is stationery products made by multi layer P.P. sheets. YS-22AU-600 automatic file-folder making machine is designed especially for making this type of products.
- An advantage of saving manpower, lower rate of waste material, simplify working procedure are as most distinguishing features of YS-22AU-600.
- Un-winder unit x 5 P.P material roll shaft are equip with pneumatic tension controller, operate in coordination with servo motor and computer numerical control. Able to provides high accuracy of product making.
- From initial stage e.p.c, sheet take off, punching, metal stick & clip inserting, further to logo hot stamping, ultrasonic sealing, creasing and cutting, are completely automatic.
